Main responsabilities :
– Lead and manage the execution of complex infrastructure projects.
– Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and project specifications.
– Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
– Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
– Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and performance.
– Liaise with clients, local authorities, and partners to ensure project alignment.
– Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to optimize project outcomes.
Profil recherché
– Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
– Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
– Ability to lead and motivate teams in a multicultural environment.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Expertise in contract negotiation and financial management.
– Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
– Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
– Experienced professional with a track record in project execution and delivery.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
