Planning Manager (M/F)

On behalf of one of our international clients, we are seeking a Planning Manager (M/F) for a permanent position based in Al-'Ula, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

Development of Strategic Planning:
– Develop and implement short and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with management and relevant departments.
– Define specific and measurable objectives for each phase of the project to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and standards.

Schedule and Resource Management:
– Establish detailed work schedules for each stage of the project, considering available resources and time constraints.
– Efficiently allocate human, material, and financial resources to ensure the effective execution of the project.

Project Coordination and Monitoring:
– Oversee the progress of construction work, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying any potential delays or obstacles.
– Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent and harmonious execution.

Process Analysis and Optimization:
– Regularly evaluate planning and project management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
– Propose and implement solutions to minimize risks, maximize productivity, and ensure the quality of results.

Reporting and Evaluation:
– Prepare periodic reports on project progress, team performance, and results achieved against set objectives.
– Analyze the collected data to assess progress, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend strategic adjustments if necessary.
