Description

For the AlUla Project, we are seeking an experienced Foreman Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate on-site works carried out by multiple subcontractors, particularly in excavation, tunnelling.

Key Responsibilities :
– Supervise daily site activities related to excavation, tunnel
– Coordinate and manage subcontractor teams on site
– Ensure works are executed in compliance with approved drawings,
– Monitor and control quality of works
– Enforce strict compliance with HSE rules and procedures
– Identify technical and safety risks and propose corrective actions
– Prepare daily site reports (progress, manpower, equipment, incidents)
– Act as the main site interface with the Site Manager / Construction Manager

Profil recherché

– Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman Site Supervisor

Proven experience in:
– Excavation works
-Tunnelling
– Rock / hard rock works (it is plus)
– Strong experience in subcontractor supervision
– Good knowledge of HSE standards on large-scale projects
– Ability to work in a demanding and multicultural environment
