Contract Manager (H/F)

On behalf of one of our international clients based in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Contract Manager.

As contract manager, your main missions will be to :

Draft, negotiate and implement contracts with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Oversee payments and ensure that all financial claims are formalized and comply with contractual terms. Manage financial disputes and ensure payment deadlines are met.

Maintain fluid communication between field and back-office teams. Facilitate coordination between the various stakeholders to ensure proper execution of contracts.

Identify, assess and manage contractual claims. Propose solutions to minimize risk and financial impact.

Prepare regular reports on contract status, payments and claims. Inform management of potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure that all aspects of contracts comply with local and international regulations. Implement procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

Engineering degree in civil engineering, public works or equivalent. Additional training in contract management would be a plus.
At least 10 years' experience as a site supervisor with mixed back-office and field experience. Previous experience in contract management strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of contracting processes, construction standards and project management practices. Ability to read and interpret complex contracts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work subtly and diplomatically. Strong adaptability and attention to detail.
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic and French would be an asset.
Willingness to work on different project sites in Saudi Arabia.
Mastery of FIDIC contracts.
