Construction Manager

Tecnizy, a recruitment firm specialized in construction and engineering, is recruiting on behalf of one of its international clients a Construction Manager – Marine Works.

Your Role:

– Manage, develop and plan one or more activities on a marine works construction site.
– Set up and prepare the site (logistics, materials, workforce).
– Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day execution of works.
– Lead, coach and support skilled and experienced site execution teams.
– Plan and optimize resources to ensure timely delivery and quality performance.
– Implement and monitor QHSE, ISO & VCA standards.
– Select, audit and oversee subcontractors.
– Attend key site meetings and ensure smooth communication with project management.
– Report regularly on progress, productivity and team performance.

Master’s degree in civil or construction engineering.
At least 10 years of relevant experience on large international construction projects, ideally in marine works (MOF, jetties, wharves, offshore structures, port infrastructure, etc.).
Fluent in English.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Proven experience in multicultural environments and international assignments.
