Concucteur de travaux TP (H/F)

On behalf of one of our international clients based in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Works Supervisor (Public Works):

Main tasks :

Ensure the planning, organization and supervision of public works sites. Coordinate the different phases of the project from start-up to delivery.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards and deadlines. Monitor work execution and resolve technical problems encountered on site.
Manage on-site teams, including workers, technicians and subcontractors. Distribute tasks and monitor daily activities.
Ensure implementation of site safety procedures and compliance with applicable regulations.
Supervise the site budget, control expenses and optimize costs. Prepare financial reports and monitor project budget progress.
Maintain close relations with customers, partners and other stakeholders. Ensure smooth and efficient communication throughout the project.
Manage technical and administrative site documentation. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Engineering degree in civil engineering, public works or similar field.
Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in public works site management.
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials and quality standards in the public works sector. Project management skills and proficiency in computerized site management tools.
Ability to manage and motivate teams, excellent communication and leadership skills.

Languages: Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic and French would be an asset.
Mobility: Available to work on different project sites in Saudi Arabia.
